Foundation Scripture:
Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms. 14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: 15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. 16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. James 5:13-16 KJV
We Have Been Made the Righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
2 Corinthians 5:21 KJV – “For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.”
Romans 10:10 KJV – “For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
Righteousness is the ability to stand in the presence of the Lord without fear, guilt or condemnation.
Confidence Toward God.
1 John 3:19-23 KJV – “And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him. 20 For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things. 21 Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God. 22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. 23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.”
We know we are walking in the truth when we walk in love toward others.
If our heart does not convict us, then we have confidence toward God.
When we please Him, we receive from Him whatever we ask.
The Lord Hears the Prayers of the Righteous.

Come by Faith; Come Boldly.
Hebrews 4:14-16 KJV – “Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. 15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. 16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”
Hold fast to your confession of faith in Him and His Word.
Come boldly to ask and obtain His mercy, grace, and help.
Pray in Accordance with His Word.

1 John 5:14-15 KJV – “And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: 15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.”
If we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.
We know if He hears us, He answers our prayers.
God’s will is His Word.
Isaiah 55:11 KJV – “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.”

God’s Will is His Word.
2 Peter 3:9 KJV – “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” God’s will is that ALL should repent and be saved.
